Terms of use
Last updated October 11, 2026
Short version: our tests and data sheets are engineering estimates to help you evaluate the material. Final values for your part are confirmed through simulation and testing with our team.
Using the site
These terms apply to superfoamcorp.com, including the impact and helmet tests, accounts, dashboards and custom data sheets. By using the site you agree to them. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Microsoft. Keep that account secure and give us accurate information. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
Estimates, not guarantees
The impact test, the helmet liner test and our custom data sheets give engineering estimates. They start from our tested baseline for the standard formulation and are scaled to the settings and requirements you enter. Your finished part will perform differently, because we tune the material and cast it to your geometry. Estimates are not a certification, a test result for your part, or a guarantee of safety. Before you rely on a part in a product, especially a safety-critical one, it must be simulated and tested to the standards that apply to you. Our team confirms final values with you during your project.
Custom data sheets
An AI drafts each data sheet from our engineering rules, and our team reviews and approves it before it appears in your dashboard. Questions outside what we have tested are answered in a meeting rather than in the sheet. A data sheet is for your evaluation and your own project; please do not publish it.
Your information and your IP
You keep ownership of the requirements, drawings and other information you send us. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, develop your part and improve our materials and tools in aggregate. When we develop a part with you, the specific formulation and shape combination for your part is yours; Super Foam keeps only aggregate learnings and its own underlying material and process.
Our IP
The website, tools, text, images and our material and process are owned by Super Foam or licensed to us. Our material is covered by a granted patent under an exclusive license, and our production machine is patent pending. You may not copy, scrape or reverse engineer the site or tools.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, overload our services, extract data in bulk, or submit unlawful, export-controlled or classified information.
Quotes and orders
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Pricing, lead times and specifications are agreed in a written quote or contract, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Super Foam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or its estimates, and our total liability for the site is limited to US$100.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. California law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts in Riverside County, California.
