Privacy policy

Last updated October 11, 2026

Short version: we use your information to run your account, develop your part and improve our platform. We keep your design details confidential and we never sell your data.

Who we are

Super Foam Corp ("Super Foam", "we", "us") runs superfoamcorp.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, the impact and helmet tests, your account and dashboard, and our custom data sheets, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address. We do not receive your password.
  • Your design requirements. What you tell us when you request a custom data sheet or fill in a form: the part, load case, impact and vibration levels, temperature range, envelope, standards, quantities, timelines and notes.
  • Test activity. The settings and results of every impact test you run, saved to your account once you sign in.
  • Messages and questions. What you type into our forms and the quick-answer box, and our replies.
  • Usage data. Pages viewed, time on page, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

  • To run your account and dashboard, save your tests, and prepare, review and deliver your custom data sheets.
  • To reply to you, schedule calls, and follow up on your project.
  • To understand what design engineers need from our platform. Our team reviews requests, test activity and site usage, including what you see in your dashboard, so we can improve our materials, tools and website.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your design information is confidential

We treat the requirements and part details you send us as confidential. They are used only to develop your part and to improve our own understanding in aggregate. We do not publish them or show them to other customers. Only our team and the service providers listed below, acting on our behalf, can access them. If you need a signed NDA before sharing details, ask us and we will provide one.

Service providers we use

  • Clerk for sign-in and accounts.
  • Cloudflare to run our website services and store your saved tests and data sheet requests.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Sheets) for email and for our internal records of requests.
  • Anthropic (Claude) to draft data sheets and quick answers. Our engineering team reviews every data sheet before you receive it.
  • Google Analytics to measure site traffic.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can see where the site is unclear. Clarity masks text you type into forms.
  • SleekCMS to host the website.

Each provider only processes your information to provide its service to us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how the site is used (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). You can block or delete cookies in your browser; signing in will not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, tests and data sheet requests while your account is open, and for as long as needed for an active project or our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing [email protected]. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, along with the right not to be treated differently for using them. We will verify your request using the email on your account.

Security

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, and access to your data is limited to your own account and our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us export-controlled or classified information through the website.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and engineers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users by email.
